Description:
The SMC family was grief stricken on getting the news of the loss of their dear student Sumbul Beig of Class 7B on 4th December, 2019. Sumbul was a conscientious and disciplined student and won the hearts of all who met her. Although unwell for some time she always had a pleasant smile on her face.
The management, staff, students and the supportive staff assembled to pay homage to the dear departed soul. A prayer service was held which began with a reading from the Holy Bible, a prayer, while the choir sang the hymn ‘Nearer my God to thee’. Aastika Thakur a friend of Sumbul paid a loving tribute to her classmate. Mrs. S. Robinson and Mrs. Z. Naqvi shared their beautiful memories of Sumbul with the school. Sr. Rajini, the manager prayed for the soul of Sumbul and for strength and comfort to the bereaved family.
The school also offered floral tribute to their beloved student who left for her heavenly abode. Even though Sumbul is gone she will always live in our hearts forever.
